The Shadow Box Theatre presents *Play It Safe*, a “puppets & people” musical
safety adventure. Chicken Little has just moved to the Big City and thinks
the sky is falling! But her wise new friends, Goosey Lucy, Ducky Lucky, and
the grown-up puppeteers, help her learn that safety and common sense will
get her through almost all new situations. Children will sing and move along
with the performers as they learn to travel “With a Buddy” and always “Know
the Rules.”

The Shadow Box Theatre presents “Little is BIG,” its enchanting

undersea puppet musical. In the story, Big Fish scares little fish. Little

fish join together and scare Big Fish. Everybody’s scared. There’s got to be

The Shadow Box Theatre presents THE AFRICAN DRUM – a celebration of multicultural sharing for African-American History Month!  Come listen to the wit, wisdom and humor of THE AFRICAN DRUM as it reveals How The Turtle Got Its Shell and two more African folk tales – woven into the shadow puppet adventures of the little girl Kijana and her animal friends.

An SBT Thanksgiving classic, this is a humorous tale about Tobias and his rival, Pushy Percival, in which children learn along with Tobias that “With determination, I can do anything!” The audience joins in a jubilant sing-along with the storyteller and guitarist. This storytelling uses a collapsible “pop-up book” set of Farmer Joe’s farm, complete with a removable group of rod figures to portray some of the characters in the story.
