Established by Heidi Follin in 2000, Follin Gallery has garnered an
enviable reputation for specializing in the private placement of works of
art by a wide range of artists. From the cyber gallery, Follin Gallery
hosts an eclectic program of exhibitions. With expertise in all areas,
Follin Gallery is dedicated to providing its clients with an extensive and
accessible service across all facets of the art market whether dealing with
experienced collectors or first-time buyers. This tradition continues with
the opening of the Follin Gallery at 45 Bleecker in the summer of 2009.

Valerie Crosswhite
*Valerie Crosswhite *is a painter who works and lives in New York City.
She was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1980, and received her BFA from Cooper Union in 2002. Her work deals with comic sexuality, giddy voyeurism, animal spirits, and life lessons. She is inspired by Japanese, Himalayan, and Indian art; early 20th century comic strips; William Morris and the Arts and Crafts Movement; and the Bay Area Painters.
3D MONTH @ 45 BLEECKER
For 6 weeks beginning March 3, The Follin Gallery at 45 Bleecker present
an exhibit of Three-Dimensional and Animated Lenticular Images featuring Coney Island and the Mermaid Parade by Robert Munn & Sara Cook of the Depthography group. The exhibit captures the excitement and fun of the yearly spectacle in an interesting and novel way.
The artists have been working in the lenticular medium and related field of 3-D photography for over 30 years and are responsible for a number of significant technological advancements in the method. The pair also worked with View Master.inc. to produce a 3-D reel set for the Intrepid air/space museum. As such, the duo will be presenting a number of 3-D projection shows at the theater.
